How do I know the size will fit?
Every listing shows the exact measured size in feet and inches and in centimeters. Handmade rugs vary slightly in width along their length. Use the size finder on the home page or chat or text us your room measurements.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing in the contiguous United States: rugs ship free, carefully packed, and go out the same or next business day with tracking by email. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada rates show at checkout; for other countries, contact us for a quote.
Can I return a rug?
Yes: rugs ordered online within 30 days of delivery, in the condition they arrived; rugs bought in our showrooms, within 7 days. Request the return first and we send instructions; local customers can bring it to either showroom. The return policy has the details, including return shipping.
