This antique Persian rug is attributed to the esteemed Dabir workshop of Kashan, dating to the 1920s–1930s. Woven with fine kork wool and natural vegetable dyes, the rug features a deep crimson red field with a central medallion in navy blue, flanked by ivory floral spandrels and a classic midnight blue border. Soft touches of sky blue, tan, and olive green enrich the floral motifs and vine scrolls throughout the design.

Hand-knotted at approximately 256 knots per square inch, the rug shows refined craftsmanship typical of Dabir weavings. Despite its age, it remains in trace condition with only slight wear along the selvages, and otherwise maintains excellent structural integrity and pile.

A stunning collector’s piece that blends historical value with timeless elegance—perfect for both display and use in fine interiors.
